Yeah, Browny would've waited for a contest that O'brien would've sat under & whacked him from behind. The only bloke he ever belted face to face was that huge man J Carr in the 04GF. Pretty tough Browny is, all he's done is take cheap shots out of his game. That's no great achievment.

Thats the same J.Brown that takes marks going back with the flight of the ball and has done since he first walked into Brisbane? Yep great call about his courage :rolleyes:

What did you do last time someone tried to bend you over backwards over a metal picket fence?

Let me guess are you one of the people that think it was deserved to pull another mans hair because OBrien was scragging and holding onto to Brown? Harry must be a really special person... he's the only man on earth I know of that can have his elbow in someones face and bend his forearm around the massive body of Jono Brown to hold onto the back of his jumper... at the same time!

This thread should be called... All Clubs unite... We all Love Jono Brown!

A very low act by Brown. This is the first time i have ever seen him do something like this and I can forgive the incident. Also saw him make a beeline for Harry and kiss and make up after the game.
Why do some of you hate Harry so much ? Because he has an opinion ? Or because he's black ? Grow up !!!

After clearly making a beeline for Harry to target him with Fevola before the game started and then pulling his hair, like a 10 year old girl would in a fight, it doesn't surprise me that he tried to save face at the end of the game.

I also think Brown pulling hair was out of character for Brown, but that doesn't mean he should be let off by the MRP... if it does, then everyone apart in the league has one strike when it comes to hair pulling.

People are acting like Brown is some sort of Barry Hall 2.0. Harry is pretty beefed up himself and I'm sure most players are reasonably proficient in boxing given their training regime.

Not that I'm saying who would win in a brawl as I have no idea what any player is like under such corcumstances; however, it's not as if it's a case of Brent Harvey vs. Aaron Sandilands.

You didn't get a chance to watch the game last night? What were you up to?

Brisbane played really well - you missed a great win. Brownie was paid a mark on the boundary that was held for 0.2 of a second and was clearly allowed to push with both hands in the back... to which Maxwell about 30 seconds later wasn't allowed to legally use his body in a marking contest... It was like watching Soccer and Rugby league umpires during the same sip of beer!

(Of course, it had no affect on the result - although John Anthony's mark with a few minutes to go... that was an atrocious decision).

Don't get me started on Richmond stereotypes... We play by a different set of rules on bigfooty and calling someone a "stereotype" earns us Yellow and red cards.

Amazing call by the umps to award Collingwood a free and fifty that resulted in a goal due to Harry having his forarm in Browns throut. What was it for maybe Brown for headbutting Harrys arm. As for the hair pulling big deal. You run around looking like a girl youll be treated like one.

prob because people dont actually understand what he is talking about so they go into defence mode. When people hear him talk about relevant worldly issues they form an opinion of him being a snoot or a snob because they dont understand anything outside of football. Its a sad state of affairs but very real in a society where the average football supporter probably has a low level of education. Just look at some of the responses on this website and listen to the way footballers speak and act.... :thumbsu:

Did Bob Marley look like a girl? Tom Alvin? Bruce Doull? Slash from G' n R'? Even Max Rooke looks to have longer hair than Harry, I wouldn't say he looks like a girl:confused:

Or is it the dread locks... Or his muscular physique... Surely not? Remind me not to go cruising for chicks with you :D

If you watched the game without such bias you will clearly see Harry continued the tackle well after he should have. He lost a battle of strength and instead of Brown being slung into the fence Harry eneded up there. Harry started it and lost he raised his arm up into Browns face free kick to Brown but no umpire paid a free to Coll and fifty. Blatant poor call as mentioned on the morning footy show.

Nice story. They both were standing still when Brown slung Harry into the fence... and both had hands around each other. Harry raised his arm whilst being shoved backwards over a metal picket fence.

Imagine Browns hair had been pulled by Harry... or Harry had tried to bend Jono's back backwards over a metal picket fence... The trolls would have gone into meltdown :rolleyes:

You're trolling eye should get in contact with reality.
