1. Would you like to see Terry Wallace be re-signed as coach? NO, five year plan is cactus, he admitted he would leave it didn't work.

2. If we do get rid of Terry Wallace, who would you like to see take his place? Mick Malthouse.

3. Do you feel that Terry has succeeded in his rebuild of the list? Hard to say, had a pair of secataurs needed a chainsaw.

4. What should be our aims for the rest of the season regarding ladder position? At least beat the teams outside the eight.

5. What should be our policy regarding the side for the remainder of the season? Sort out the gunnas from the guns and the has beens and never was's.

6. Should we re-sign all our 30+ players at the end of the year? Cousins, Bowden and Richo only. Brown depends on form.

The pieces are there and we have the foundations for a very good side.... The rebuild is still continuing..

4. What should be our aims for the rest of the season regarding ladder position?

Reward the players who want to play for the jumper... as high up the ladder as possible.

Yes.

Malthouse I guess, but you can really only answer that question if you're privy to the interviews - and I'd do a lot.

If Campbell was appointed I'd very seriously considering doing something else with my time and money than supporting the club any longer.

He didn't ever do even the majority of the recruiting OR list management and his input has steadily decreased as time has gone on.

Has *our* rebuild been successful? Yes it has.

We started with a truly appalling list and barely half a dozen players worth hanging onto, we now have an infinitely better list full of young players and better depth than we've had since the early 80's.

We were only ever going to be seriously challenging for a flag by now IF our senior players were still at their best, IF our small group of mid-age players improved significantly, IF we weren't ravaged by career ending or multi-year serious injuries, IF we were lucky with our trading in of mid-age players, and IF our first and second year draftees were almost all instant successes.

The chances of all that coming together were so slim we may as well have hoped for the other 15 teams to forfeit.

Miller and Wallace pledged to have us ready to be regular finals contenders by the end of five years, as far as I'm concerned - despite the crap they've had to put up with from the board, coterie members and our fan base in general - they've been quite successful.

I'd rate the rebuild at 7.5/10 and I think they could have done a fair bit better without the political cluelessness and consistent white-anting.

4. What should be our aims for the rest of the season regarding ladder position?

Finals. That should be the aim every season.

5. What should be our policy regarding the side for the remainder of the season?

Players must be fully fit, anyone who doesn't perform gets dumped. Simmonds should never play seniors again barring injury to others, nor Johnson. Kids should earn games, not be gifted them merely because they're young.

6. Should we re-sign all our 30+ players at the end of the year?

No, Simmonds and Johnson should go, the others should be evaluated as the season progresses. Richo is the only one who has earned the right to choose whether he goes on or not.

1. yes but he has to play the best 22, even if richo or brown isnt in it. he cant gift them games.
2. someone that wont throw away all his work and start a rebuild over.
3.he could have done better, but he has done all right and a few have really stepped up in the last few weeks which is a good sign.
4. i still believe we can make the 8, so that will be what i am expecting.

Yes. But the odds of that happening are not good

Some what - However regardless of who is to coach next year I want a full clean out of the list. Starting with Hacks Such as Schultz or Hughes or JON

Winning is everything yes. However to finish just outside the 8 wont get us anything so maybe low as possible

Play Collins and Nahas every week from here on Rance as well. Play the kids that are the future.
