Quite ironic that you combine a comment about your IQ dropping with a basic grammar error in the same post...

Its a spelling mistake. The irony is the people who can't comprehend the adjudication of AFL rules getting petty on grammar/spelling.

Meh, thought most of the decisions were there. The free kick count was fairly even wasn't it anyway? Melbourne won it but it wasn't 2 to 1 or anything like that. From memory it was 24-18.

Free kick count in and of itself doesn't mean anything.

If a free kick's there, it's there. If it's not, it's not.

It doesn't matter what the free kick count is at the end of the game.

If a team wins the free kick count say 25-20 but a blatantly wrong call was made in the last minute that cost that team the match then what does the free kick count mean in that instance? Nothing.

Where can I get front row seats your stand-up comedy show mate?

Just killer material there buddy :thumbsu:

The missus who is a pie pointed out the runner. As a trainer she actually knows the rules ;)

Eh, it swings in roundabouts. Your mob has been sucked off by the umpires the last two times we've played you. FWIW Collingwood fans were an embarrassment on Monday. Showed a true lack of understanding of the rules of our game. They were booing just about every time they weren't gifted any frees. Calling "baaaaalll" for literally every single tackle. Absolute cretins.

The umpires called ball for everyone of your tackles even though there was absolutely no prior opportunity for most of them.

The umpires paid us 86 free kicks for holding the ball

How bad is life when you're still whinging about umpires 4 days after a game you didn't even play in?

Oh come on, it's right there in the video.

On his knees. Left arm reaches out. Scoops the ball under his elbow. Never gets to his feet. Ball never leaves his possession.

You're saying because he was on his knees not all fours and because the ball was under his arm and shoulder it shouldn't be holding the ball?

There's a clear motion in which he drags the ball underneath part of his body and he never successfully knocks it away from his body.

Collected the ball on his knees, starts getting up (which is the opposite of diving) and gets tackled from behind and driven forward. Soft in the back free? Seen those paid before.

Ball spills free, Hunt then drags the ball to Greenwood and holds it against him with two hands, Greenwood is not in possession at all the ball is held to him bit he punches the ball multiple times to move it on. The fact Hunt drags the ball back under him and holds the ball to him does not mean Greenwood is in possession. The ball came free and if Hunt did not drag in back to Greenwood the ball would have moved on.

Hunt played this very well, defenders are trying to stop the ball being released and there is no doubt they train pull it back under players or hold it to them. Win win, create a stoppage or con the umpire and win a free.
