Fantastic neww for Victoria that Robot is playing.

I would personally prefer the players who got us there to actually play in the final. Getting Hopes back is important but the others are not going to make too much of a difference.

If they had it their way Hodge and White won't miss the final. By the looks of things, Australia are allowing Hayden, Johnson and Watson to represent their state (Queensland) and they've shown interest in the domestic competition.

When did Hopes last play?

What are the chances on him doing a Watson for the final?

Hopes has played every match this season and was rested vs SA. He could have played if it was the final but they decided to rest him.

we have won the title already

Depends how he goes, doesn't have to bowl the 10 overs. He did take 3/41 off 10 last time we played Queensland in Melbourne.

Just wouldn't mind seeing Watson bowl to White late in the innings. He bowls that length that White loves to get underneath.
