Question on ruck rules

Does anyone know how the new ruck rules (in the H&A season) will affect someone like Whitey? Hope it doesnt have the effect that the wizard cup ruck rules have had...

Heard Danners on SEN today & he makes a good point in that taller less athletic players are favoured by this rule. Blokes like Aaron Sandilands are gonna dominate & athletic blokes like White might struggle.
