Then gave up our first pick in the 2001 super draft for Stafford because we needed a replacement ruckman and to free up $$$ by offloading Daffy. Ended up still paying for Daffy and Holland after they were traded.

Drafted just one young KPP (Schulz) in 5 years.

Great stuff.

Went to a lunch for the missus' work yesterday, and met a bloke for the first time who brought it up after two minutes of chatting to him. Even he thought it was hilarious (he barracks for Hawthorn), and is going to get in on the act himself. Doesn't have any vendetta against Spud like we do, he just thinks he's a prat who shouldn't commentate on anything, unless giving a speech on how best to deal with failure.

I just think that he was as week as pi.ss on Saturday because he still will not admit that he coc.ked it up publically .

When Brayshaw was LHAO and saying that when the new prime minister comes in he has a honeymoon period when he can blame the incumbant ... i was "SPEWING" they cut me off because i was going to say ..

He does not understand how galling it us to supporters like us who have bled for this club for decades to hear that buffoon waxing lyrical in an "experts" role on the wireless when the fact is he knows abousutely SWEET FA about coaching at the highest level . thought of Ty hours later..Mr Hollywood...Zantuck 2 years ago at the Gabba,Sheedy left poor Ty on Brown and the big yeti kicked about 6 in a row on him. He never looked so pathetic....

Reynolds was gunna be a handy player..first year....but had an absolutly shocking run of serious injuries that took 2 and half seasons off him.


Teddy nearly did save the day in the 06' GF,but as all true rejects do,they f--- up at the wrong moment...like,winning a grand final.


Richmond have had a terrible run with recruits....but,thats the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. Youz did alright in the late 70's
