Are there more papers on the link between calcium and heart issues? Doing a brief search shows mixed results.

My grandad and old man have both have history, why I'm more paranoid about my health.

There's no "mixed results" when it comes to the role of calcification & hardened arteries either mate. It's a fact.

Wasn't having a go, just getting clarification and value your feedback. Appreciate the links in the previous post.

Most of what I stumbled across indicated it was more around calcium supplements as opposed to regular dairy. Although from my feeble depth of knowledge, humans were never built to consume dairy anyway?

I come from the school of thought though that, eat well + excerise and in most cases you'll be right in life.

Males just don't need it so much once they are fully grown, women have to go by medical advice.

I get some calcium from a small intake of milk (coffee), some yoghurt & cheese consumption, but that's about it. I don't supplement for it.

That's a good general rule, but you do have your own unique biology also.

It seems he has injected spores (accidentally) and they started growing in his bloodstream!!! fu**en hell.

Don't try this at home kids...

What happened?

Theoretically that should be fine provided the thing its on isn't toxic and you dissolve it properly. I used to do some pretty stupid stuff in the early 90s. I've also sat tabs in water and then hit them up. Various pills, etc etc. Pretty crazy really. Its amazing what you'll do if you think you know what you are doing.... A few mates from those days are dead now.

It was a long time ago.

There are psilocibin mushrooms growing within 50 metres of where I am sitting now. There are probably about 2000 in this whole paddock at the moment. And they are good ones but the last time I had some was r1 2019 (first time since new years 2001) so I'm not doing that again.
