Of course it won't work then. I don't think you fully understand it.

It's just the emg normally replacing a zero score, it's not a glitch or anything. You just get to see what the emg scores - if it's high and you want that score, you need the zero in your starting lineup. Otherwise, just ignore it and take the starter's score.

Obviously don't **** up your squad and pick a dud just to take the score - you want a full regularly playing squad. A player that misses round one but is likely to play regularly soon is what you need. Lachie Neale starting with Dylan Shiel emergency would be a good example.

Although I'd be careful the autofill doesn't pick unwanted Syd/GWS players.
