As an umpire, I do not bag umpires. And the Tiges have been woeful.
I have never seen such a disgraceful indictment on the umpiring profession as I have in the second half.
And again we have the biggest problem with the three umpire system: the one in our attacking fifty paying nothing, and the one in our defensive fifty looking for any excuse to blow his whistle. That was a forty point turnaround in real time.
Disgrace.
Bitterly disappointed.

Riewoldt should be very disappointed with his game today.
He's making a bad habit of getting 2 or 3 late goals, when the game is over as a contest.
We needed him to be standing up and slotting them when it was 83-74 at the start of the final quarter, those goals are completely useless with 5 minutes left and the score at 114-82....
I did not expect to win today, because I believe the Kangaroos are further along than us in development, and are a genuine Top 4 contender.
But the manner in which we have lost today's game could set us back for a long time.
We have been exposed as having absolutely no backbone when the pressure comes. It started in the Elimination Final last year, and it has carried all the way through this year to date.

Chaplin had a good first quarter then went to absolute crap.
By the end he was marking Zeibell up forward while Rance was taking Petrie and Batchelor was taking Black. Giving up about 15cm between them. That just summarises where Chapin is at at the moment.

Something needs to be done about the lack of leadership and fitness of this football side. Overrun by an inconsistent team that should have not played a second half due to the travel factor. Typical Richmond - simply expected everything just to happen without effort.
