Saying one play ended in that result is so overly simplistic and, frankly, incorrect. Unquantifiable at the very least.

Thought we structured up better than most weeks, weren't too many glaring easy goals against.

Forward entries still a struggle and unsustainable.

Feel for Simmo, almost wish he could play next year for a contending side.

Happy with the boys performance, love what Simmo showed again for us today.

I didn't mind Phillips game. Considering he was up against Ryder he did well.

C Curnow is unstoppable and when he gets better supply will be a monster.

Cripps is still our captain for mine.

Murphy really improved in the 3rd quarter off half back.

Ed Curnow and his workrate is very under appreciated but he is probably top 3 for b and f.

Liked Garlett and Pickett they impress me and just need time.

Fish did lift and is good in tight.

Dow has come a long way already and will be a star.

I don't see any reason to keep Wright, Lamb, Mullet and possibly Rowe on the list post 2018. Swap them for Doc, Byrne, Willo, Marchbank and we are a nuch better side.

I am actually worried about SPS like I said so many other kids have flown past him for mine.

SPS played one of his best games last week.

Still can’t impact on the scoreboard.

Charlie’s an out and out gun, could really do with a bit of assistance, he’s got 3 blokes hanging off him from minute one.

Cripps great, Dow improving......and Simmo was fantastic, suddenly got very dusty eyed when they chaired him off.

Kennedy had his moments as did Garlett....in the end the boys looked fair knackered, so you can’t fault the endeavour.

Oh yeah......those umpires cheated. All of them.

We were two midfielders short of truly competing with Port today.

Gave our all despite being undermanned.

Pickett needs some continuity was good early and Garlett showed something.

Kennedy got into it which was pleasing.

A lot of good signs from a lot of younger players today, just need to stay fit and have a good pre-season. Murphy, Pickett and Casboult and others fitter, add Docherty, Williamson, Marchbank, Cuningham, Kreuzer and a fitter Lang and it looks a lot better.

Shattered they couldn't get over the line for Simmo. Skill errors and some crap umpiring (yet again) cost us dearly. I hope some of the AFL listed players played well in the reserves because I think a few blokes will be dropped today that were really poor.
