Downstream = download rates/speed (similar to what line speed is for non cable internet)

Best advice I can give is typical grandmother advice. Turn it off for 5 minutes and reboot
Could be an exchange problem, or damaged line

I was setting up the exhibition all day so didn't eat and was slamming down the beers at the exhibition.

I remember disappearing, throwing up all over myself, lying down on a bench somewhere, falling off an cracking the back of my head on the ground, I think I gave myself a concussion, badly sprained my ankle somehow, banged my knee and elbow, and lost my phone, whilst I took my belt off in the taxi for some reason. All by 12.
