SH v MV: Got a strange feelin about this one cos of the rain and syd's ground is a shithole, MV's big bodies might not keep with the quick legs at syd, sharks by a goal
RP v NS: Should be a decent game, roxy hard to beat at home NS by a couple

I totally agree with psychos remarks about sammy mac, yeah he is a good player and does find the ball well, but if you play someone on him who will give him a hard time and give him a bit of contact making him earn the hardball he will turn to water...
Hadfield- best list in the comp, however they are a rabble who lose the plot when something go against them and are very undisciplined, this cost them the granny last year and it will again this year- those twins in the backline are hopeless by the way, unco as.

haddy leading the whole way untill half time only by a goal or two then breaking it apart after that i heard to come away 10goal winners. taylors went in with apparently the strongest side they could field? and haddy went in undermanned without the likes of stevie gee, gillis and there other ruckman?
proves that haddy is the best team in the comp atm who can pull big wins agaisnt strong teams without there strong side when they are under pressure

so moonee valley smashed syd, roxy smashed norhtern saints, tulla just beat pacco, haddy beat taylors and jacana beat westy. what else happend?
the roxy ns game was finished in the 2nd quarter.. ns not swtiched on, roxy kicked 10 with the wind and made it hard for ns to close the deficit. few hard knocks and a abit of discipline problems saw a player from each team sent off in the third. then another ns player sent off soon after. ns lost a quick mother****er with a dislocated shoulder and lacked flow and movement there after. with 16 players on the field ns did alright but roxy were prepared to coordinate run and create. both teams on their day would be able to topple a top that doesnt come to play

it wasnt the lack of players that killed ns. roxy were playing great football leading up to that and continued through without getting sucked in. looks like ns have lost alot of players this year tho. and yes i agree it shouldnt matter if its against glenroy when every team will be kicking 40+ goals against them anyway

Seriously some of you blokes are out of your mind. How could Newell be a hack when he consistently dominates his opponents week in week out? He is a very good player, and I'm tipping him to kick over 100 goals this season. I wouldn't be surprised if he got close to 150 either with the delivery he will be getting from Schepis, francis, lumos and it's only going to get better when Vitacca returns from seniors.

I guess we will find out but let's not forget he kicked 80 odd goals last year and played about half the season. I think MV will be good but remains to he seen how good. They didn't really lose many players last season, and they have a bunch of high quality players. However after those high quality players I'm not sure how good the rest are. It will be very interesting to see how they go. I know at this point of time that Tulla and haddi are the bench mark of the competition.
