Did you mean Dave McNamara (Essendon - VFA - 1912)? With George MacKenzie for the Narrandera Imperials player, perhaps.

Edit:- Assuming it is George MacKenzie, looking at the Narandera Argus and Riverina Advertiser from that year, he was also playing for Western Stars (in the Second Grade Football League) on Sundays. I've looked through a fair few match reports (for the senior games) and while clearly he was a star player and was scoring quite a few goals, I saw nothing to suggest he would get near 151 goals playing in those games. So I'm wondering if the goals he scored in the second grade games (for another team) were included in that tally?

You are right on both counts about the names. I don't recall how I got MacKenzie's total as my records for that area was done years ago. Perhaps I read it in an article.

It sounds like he's still kicking plenty of goals, now for Deniliquin Rovers (despite being 39-40), with eight and ten goal hauls in recent times. It's interesting to note that he scored just 46 goals (from 18 games) the year before his massive haul of 222 goals!

Harris kicked 226 in the regular 20 round season and a goal in each of his losing two finals.
Pumpa kicked 193 in the regular 20 round season and 7 in the FSF and 8 in the Preliminary. He fractured his ankle during the week and missed the grand final.

Peter Hudson's 1979 effort consisted of 179 goals in TANFL matches (roster and finals) and 23 goals booted in Intrastate and Interstate matches.
Giving him a total of 202 goals in all football that year.
In 1978, Hudson booted 153 goals in TANFL matches (roster and finals) and 38 goals in Intrastate and Interstate matches for his 191 total goals.
In those days, the TANFL used to count all goals a TANFL player kicked in league and rep games as part of their TANFL goalkicking total for a year.

The listing for Alan Rait's 152 goals in 1930 for North Hobart would appear incorrect and was actually in the TANFL and not the STFA.
He was listed as having booted only 112 goals in the TANFL in that year according to the league's own records.
Peter Hudson broke Rait's TANFL record 46 years later in 1976, kicking 133 goals for Glenorchy.
Rait (1908-1965) was one of only two players in over 130 years of TANFL/TFL and now TSL football to boot 10 goals in a Grand Final at that level.
He performed the feat in 1932.
The late Terry Mayne (1950-1983) from Clarence, who was murdered in 1983, equalled that in Clarence's maiden TFL Premiership win in 1970.

The "Corey Millhouse" listed as kicking 147 goals for Claremont in 1989, 128 goals for Claremont in 1990 and 122 goals for Claremont in 1988 in the Southern Amateurs is actually former TFL player, Cary Millhouse.
Millhouse was a star full-forward with Glenorchy, Hobart and again with Glenorchy during the 1980s and retired from TFL football after the 1987 Grand Final.
Took two of the greatest TFL marks of all time in the 1980s and dominated the game at amateur level post TFL football.
Was also a serving police officer with Tasmania Police and most recently was on the taskforce reviewing the Lucille Butterworth 1969 disappearance.

The "Kerry Wilson" listed as kicking 130 goals in the 1989 Oatlands District Football Association season is actually Kerry Wilton, playing for Bothwell.
Kempton's Ray Daly broke that record in 1993 with 131 goals in the roster season plus another 15 goals in the finals giving him 146 for the season.
His son, Callen, is a star in the TSL for Glenorchy having gone close to winning two William Leitch Medals in his time at the Magpies, previously playing at Brighton and the old Central Hawks in the SFL.

One record not listed is Huonville Lions' Chris Joyce who booted 136 goals in the 2008 SFL Regional League season when the Lions won the flag.
Cygnet's Michael Darcy, the SFL's all time leading goalkicker, booted 122 goals for The Port in the 2003 SFL Regional League season.
Lindisfarne's Jamie Tubb also registered 120 majors for the season in the 2008 SFL Regional League.
