Im not sure we really need a key forward, but I read on a different site that Johnston isnt interested in getting picked up again and will just play SANFL next year.

our 1-4 year players start monday. the draft is not for a few weeks after that. i would have thought we'd have a few players train with us in that time.

It's an interesting list. Bampton is rated amongst the rookie chances. Daniel and Johansen are rated in the top ten. It looks like most of the SA boys will be available late in the draft.

Markov would be the definitive rookie selection I would be disappointed if he's available and we don't take a look at him.

It's interesting that he rates the three Port boys (Hamilton, Ramsey and Johansen) as late draft picks. Port would obviously be in the best position to judge the upside of these kids and how they would fit into the system.

I am sold on Gregson.

I'm not in favour of signing two more pure ruckmen, but one more pure ruck like Baulderstone and one more forward/ruck like Grimley would give us a good mix IMO.

Baulderstone is a NOT fan of Port ...

so It would pay to look at some one else
