Which players do you think will get a second chance on Thursday night? Also which players do you think should get a second chance that won't because they are in the 24+ bracket that for some reason is deemed to old even though they would strengthen a side even if only for two to three years.

Sam Iles is better than most players that will get drafted, but I see him as a chance of not finding a second home. I'll put Justin Sherman in there also, but not because of his age or skill, but because of his mentality.

Sam Lonergan could find a new home, he seems in positive spirits about his chances. But it won't be tomorrow, more likely PSD or delisted free agent period after the draft.

Ben Ross should find a home. Too good not to be on an AFL list.

Also waiting for the annual muck fight after the draft regarding recycled players. When any recycled player drafted by the posters own team valuable depth but when drafted by another no matter how late they are list cloggers.

A few recylced will go through to the rookie draft - teams with shortages in the ruck/depth could end up there, such as Orrenson and C Wood. Cant see them on the main list though.

I really hope Surjan gets picked up, it's still mind-boggling to me that we delisted him. One of the best shutdown defenders in the AFL, and yet we kept Tom 'I conceded 13 goals to Leroy Jetta, Tory Dickson and Paul Puopolo' Logan instead.

I'd be surprised if Tippett wasn't allowed to go into the PSD. It'll be interesting to see if he can make it to Sydney.

not so sure about just cut players from other afl clubs.
personally i would rather take mature state league players who have done well in their comp have probably gone back to a state league and worked hard on their game and proved themselves at the next level down.
state league players already taken tom lee dean towers will kyle martin will probably go. theres heaps who fit a pretty basic criteria of having enough of the physical attributes to play afl along with good skill set to go with the proven performances at the level. these types have to be a better option than a 18 yr old kid with many flaws who will probably take 3 yrs to bulk up and likely never play a game. use pick 60 plus or some rookie picks on these types.id place many of them well in front of players currently getting games at most clubs.

Perhaps one or two others may go elsewhere and a couple from the state leagues as well but with clubs now able to use rookie elevations as their 3rd pick there is less chances for recycled players to get a 2nd chance in this draft.
