Any ideas/tips for money making? I find looting bounty hunters is a good one, plus the bounties, the coaches too. TYI.

Main Missions give loads of cash, but if you are like me and dont want to rush the storyline then it is mainly just selling loot. Near Emerald farm tho you unlock the blackmarket fence guy that will give $40 for any passenger wagon/coach. You could try train robberies but im not sure how much they would get you... I assume a fair bit.

Just sending some nice thoughts to old guys playing dominoes, and the Emerald Ranch post office clerk, all of whom have nothing better to do than still be up at a train station at 2 in the morning in the middle of nowhere. I feel lonely by extension.

Yeah, im taking it slow, I've only completed 32% from around 20-25 hours. After work I am going to grind some cash, going to rob a train! Wish it was multiplayer, like GTA heists. I think robbing home steads as well is good. Thanks!

So the lady who you take to Emerald Ranch because her horse "Biscuit" died just spawned again for me up north. Got the same dialogue and reward. Must be a bug right?

Or those stranger missions just repeat themselves.

I've run into two different strangers whose horse died and they needed a ride somewhere.

Tangentially related, but I've yet to see a female NPC riding a horse, only those stranger missions where they've fallen off. No female O'Driscolls from memory either. They're might not be a lot of women gunslingers but you'd expect find one or two.

If you rob a horsecoach, what happens to your horse/where does it appear?

Trying to work out if the stagecoaches have Arabians on them and if so how to get one from it once you steal it!

CBF going all that way out to try and wild catch one in the only area they are wild. But a heap of stagecoaches around look like they have the pure White Arabian on them.

I've run into a female npc on horseback trying to challenge me to a race. I was busy though so I ignored her.

Had the same last night, they were hitting the lockbox with an axe, so I killed them both. I shot that box about 10 times and the campaigner of a thing wouldn’t open!

For anybody interested, there's a Red Dead Redemption 2 companion app for your phone. It's seems pretty good although haven't had a big go with it yet. You have to sign up with the social club but you get access to all the game menu's, catalogues, manual, strategy and stuff thru your phone. It sync's while your playing and you can have the map on it and mark way-points that then change in the game. Should be better for immersion if you want to turn off your map in game or can't be bothered going through the menu to look at it all the time.

The other cool thing is it has your journal up to date in it. I never bothered reading in game as there is too much other stuff to do but was going through it last night on the couch while the Mrs watched TV. Has some great back story stuff and thoughts from Arthur.

rifled shotgun does the trick for most legendary beasts. You don't have to worry about wrecking their pelts so bring your biggest guns to bear

So how do you select, check missions/tasks from the list? I go to the log but selecting a task doesn’tseem To do anything on the map.

Saw some blokes robbing a caravan lock box so I killed them so I could have it. A witness saw me so I had to chase after and kill him too, when I got back the caravan and lock box was gone but the bodies were still there. Seems the caravan just despawned as there was no horses on it.

Was that near strawberry? I couldn’t open the lock box so i used dynamite lol
