Ok that’s good to know

Hey people which is the quickest way to get cash

I’m close to middle of chapter two
Close to the Horseshoe Overlook camp is a burnt out town called Limpany, in the Sherrifs office is a $500 gold bar

Shit. I actually went there and didn't notice it. I'll return tonight. I suppose no one expects a gold bar in a burnt out sheriff's office.
Easiest $500 you’ll make in the game

You should use it to upgrade Dutch’s lodgings, then Arthur’s, this unlocks fast travel

Having a hard time looking for animals to hunt for perfect pelts so I can do upgrades and yes I have been using the animal tracking sent.

I go to the location of where the animals are but rarely are they perfect pelts.
Someone posted some hunting tips on page 21. It's in a spoiler.

Hunt down the legendary buck, in the mountains north-west of Strawberry, on the western side, then take its carcass to the Fence at Emerald Station (unlocked after doing the Hosea mission there) to make a buck trinket and this regularly gives you pristine animals with perfect pelts, but make sure you use the right gun for the right animal, as an example, shooting a rabbit with a shotgun gives a poor pelt. Use a rifle for decent sized animals like bucks, bison etc.

I would love a hunting dog for the camp. Stow him on your horse, take him out with you, let him track.

I’ve been trying to work out the dog part of the game. Do I have to pat it an ‘x’ amount of times before it follows me?

I don't think it does anything, I don't think you can 'own' a dog or doing anything substantial with them, but it'd be nice. They're right there.

I am still trying to find a fishing pole, I wanna go fishing, seen some nice ones in a pond, so close you could almost scoop down and pick them up

I think i read somewhere you get one by interacting with Jack, i keep talking to him but he never wants to go fishing

You get it from a quest involving jack. His Mum gives you the quest.

You can pat dogs and they won't bark at you if you try to rob the place later, thus raising the alarm.

Also, you can blow off the doors of safes, if you haven't bought a safe cracking kit yet.

Pull your your stick of TNT and it'll give you a prompt to do it. Helpful for train jobs which tend to have a safe somewhere.
