No problem, I've purchased about 10 games off them, and they've always arrived within a working week. It always amazes me how cheaply they can sell their games for.

Really, it's not that cheap. The US sells their new games for $59.99 and that's when you have a company upping the price so they get a fair profit from it. $5-$10 cheaper than that because they're an internet company so not as widely noticed isn't out of the realms.

That said, they have great bargains from time to time and if you don't mind getting it sent potentially a few days to a week after release rather than picking it up on day one, it's well worth it.

It works out a bit cheaper if you don't mind the Asian version off Play-asia.

I usually do the 3 for 1 JB Hifi deal and get my games for $30-$50.

The Harvey Norman sale a few weeks ago got me two Halo 3's for $5 each and I got a Ninja Gaiden 2 from another JB for $10. I'll have to trade in one of the Halo 3's and get another game thats not on the exclusion list but otherwise I'll trade three in for Red Dead Redemption for around $30.

Its a bit of hassle but I sort of enjoy the trade bait hunt anyway.

Imo the old school(Wild west) setting is what appeals the most, there are SO MANY games that are the same old thing today and it's refreshing to get something a little different.

Also last weekend we had a JB open up in town and does anyone know of any bargains around that could go towards 3 for 1?

This really intrests me, i love the big open spaces. Really a great way for Rockstar to show how good there new engine is. Horses are seriously hard to pull off.

Id love for the story line to be totally playable in co-op.

I asked some guy at JB's (I hope he worked there) about the price and he said $89 for the regular and $114 for the special edition. Apparently you get the best horse in the game and a much slower "dead eye" shot. Might be worth it.

For the limited edition the extras you get are:

• Deadly Assassin Outfit
• War Horse
• Golden Guns
• Soundtrack

I believe the Deadly Assassin Outfit might be that which gives you a boost to the slower dead eye.

I doubt that those few DLC elements are really worth the $25 extra though. You'll probably get the War Horse at some point in the game and the Deadly Assassin outfit will be available at some point via cheaper DLC later too if it's not a bought item in the game at some point. You'd be better off just getting the standard edition and waiting for the DLC to come out(which will come).

People were forever asking about golden guns & pre order skins in uncharted.

If you dismount your horse, can someone else steal it?
That'd be hilarious, chasing someone on their inferior horse accross a huge open map to try and get your pre order horse back.

Red Dead Redemption will be receiving FREE 4 PLAYER CO-OP DLC in June!

Although based on the wording, if we're to get more co-op DLC it won't be free...

RDR CO-OP DLC INCOMING!
Rockstar Games announced its upcoming western Red Dead Redemption will now include six additional multiplayer cooperative missions. Dubbed the 'Outlaws To The End' pack, the content will be free to download on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live this June.

The missions can include between 2 to 4 players and offer additional multiplayer XP rewards and brand new Achievements and Trophies to unlock.

Below are the mission details:

"Walton's Gold" - Walton's Gang have taken control of a mining camp rich with gold. Fight through the camp and load your mine cart with as much gold as you can carry and get out as fast as you can – Walton's boys have rigged the place to blow.

"The River" - Ride a raft down river, taking out rebel encampments along the way until you reach the rebel stronghold of Nosalida and a final epic battle for the town's massive weapons caches. Watch out for Gatling gun-equipped enemy rafts.

"Ammunition" - The Mexican Army has the town of Tesoro Azul under siege. Storm the gates under heavy cannon, Gatling gun and sniper fire to destroy the Mexican artillery placements​

been playing GTA: EFLC and one of the things I've noticed is the use of L2 and R2 to shoot. It's not a huge deal but every other game I've played uses the L1/R1 combo and that feels SO much better. I hope this game has the option to choose

Yeah, noticed that too, feels very unnatural. I couldn't remember GTA IV using that, but I guess it did.

One thing that DEFINITELY helps though, is if you can find triggers for the L2 and R2 buttons. Kingy alerted me to this a while back but I hadn't seen any in Aus (not that I was looking particularly hard) and so I saw some in the US for $5 and got them right away. Since using them I haven't noticed any real issue with using the L2 and R2 buttons to shoot (Bioshock uses L2/R2 and it's been a lot better than when I used L2/R2 for FEAR 2 without the triggers).

I recommend looking for and getting the triggers if you can get them as they definitely help with anything that uses the L2 and R2 buttons, also just gives a bit more strength to them.

Na i traded those games and paid nothing for RDR (JB 3 for 1 deal), the games cost me $55 to buy.
Yea only the standard edition as LE dont really excite me that much as imo there is a lot of crap that you never look at or use again.
