How bout it? Prismall has now taken over his silky smoothness in the midfield, Geelong should now give Ricco a go at full forward for the rest of this season. A lot of veterans are doing it these days - Ricciuto, Hird, Buckley - Ricco should too. After his performance today, I really wish he would play on next year. What are your thoughts?

I liked him on the half forward flank today. Otto is a better FF then Ricco could be anyway.

Is that you Michael Turner?

It was great to see him kick a few goals today. If you didn't know anything about him you could swear he was still a younger player with his fantastic skills.

HFF is his spot. He can have Jnrs spot till he comes back, and then Ricco can do whatever he wants. Someone like him should be able to!

As I watched his skills stand out last week I knew old Ricco still had it. He put the rest of the team to shame. Struggling to make the side? Ridiculous. Still damaging, still skillfull, still my favourite.

Couldn't agree more, the cream always rises to the top, and he was great today.
What I'd be doing right now if I was involved with the club, is sitting down with him in an effort to convince him to keep playing next year, as a half forward/forward pocket, used in short bursts, reckon he still has plenty to offer.

His left foot was magic for those two quick goals. Maybe not full forward...but would prefer him there over Kingsley when Ottens has to shoulder the ruck in the likely occurance of a Stickytape King injury.

Would love to see him play his 300th...against West Coast...kicking the winning goal after the siren...over Peter Sumich's ugly head...

I might be asking a bit much :o
