After Sterge and _Cayz_ led the board to premiership glory we are looking to bring a new moderator under our wings

As a result, we are taking an EOI from anybody interested in becoming the new moderator before administration makes the final call on who will be made a mod.

In your EOI, please indicate where you are located in Australia, why you want to be a moderator and what ideas you can put in place to make this board a better place.

After your EOI, we will ask a series of question relating to the Board.

The EOI period will end on 28 of Feb 2018. Please create a conversation with Sterge _Cayz_ Grockadoc and Wacky Tiger to apply

What we look for is someone who:

*contributes constructively
*has a good track record. We don't need perfection in terms of infractions; some of our best gamekeepers used to be poachers, but if this is your fourth account this may not be for you.

Moderating is about cultivating an inclusive culture - we aren't looking for policemen.
