""When I was younger and we first started playing on each other, there's no doubt he was the most intimidating opponent I've played on," Richardson said.

"He's also the most competitive. Every contest he goes at, he goes at 120 per cent. It was good to play on a guy like that early in your career, because once you knew you got a kick on Glenn Archer, it gave you confidence to get a kick on anyone.

"He's definitely the most aggressive and hard player I've ever played on."

yeah richo, he was the man to play on you most times wasnt he? How is the back of the head? Great player yeah...but protected species as well, when it came to the umps and the tribunal.
Lost count at how many times he just punched the back of your head Richo, or just jumped into your back dude. Going for the ball? what a load of BS. ;)

Richo wouldn't say a bad word about anyone. Probably would classify Charles Manson as a 'good bloke';)

man, if they got replays of our games with the roos and studied them, archer should have got 4 weeks every time he played on Richo. Bordering on sniping he was more often than not, hitting from behind.
Dont worry, Richo wont say it, he follows the code of silence, those who were watching dont.
gotta problem with king teaching our youngsters the ropes too.
Dont want to be a team that has snipers like him in the side either. You know the ones that fly into a guys head with both boots, because the ball was there? ;)

Why not a bit of mongrel gave north two flags, do u want a soft side?

yeah, it did. Thats why they have 3 and a dog following them.
If we do it we do it with tough players, not with "mongrels". ;)

Blokes like Ricky (why the hell didnt we get his nephew) McClean,Neil Balme and Sheeds along with plenty of 1980 heroes like Mick Malthouse were no angels mate.

They were the tough that you liked but they dished out what you could call some mongrel at times.

Big Jack himself was no stranger to this stuff.

We have needed someone to let the blokes that dish it out to Richo that they pay the price but who was going to do it. Daffy?. Frawleys a dud for getting rid of Brett Evans. The Dud never gave him a chance from the start.

Love the Tigers but we have played the "what you can get away with" aswell as anybody in our successful years.

Jake King and Polo have mongrel. Foley is tough but doesnt have that nasty streak those 2 have I dont think. Other than that no real nasties on our list. Also notice Deledio is playing angrier lately. Against Melbourne took a mark on the lead after the whistle, ran into the melbourne player fronting up instead of stopping or running around and wasnt shy about giving him a mouthful. Small fry, but encouraging nonetheless
