Hey Tigarians,

Bazzar just informed me (and us, through the Dustin thread) that our great love Matthew 'Richo' Richardson tonight will make his acting debut in Channel 7's 'Winners & Losers'.

Apparently isn't on for long, and has no lines but look at him go places!

I'd rather he coach, but a TV star is a good path for the great man to follow.

Get around it!!

Dont get to excited

I was almost very excited for a minute there, I thought AFL legend Matthew Richardson was about to make his dramatic acting debut. I mean sure, there's plenty of Logie Award-winning drama in his Channel 7 football commentary but this was going to be different - a special role in Winners and Losers. Except he just stands there smiling and nodding. Doesn't say a word. Very, very disappointing. And such a waste of talent.

He's apparently at a bar opening Dr Sophie Wong's fake boyfriend Nate's at tonight. Nate plays for St Kilda and is really gay, and she's his beard. She's going through a man-hating period and he plays professional football so it's a wonderful relationship. Less wonderful are Jen and Callum, who are a week out from their wedding. They visit Father Brennan tonight, the bloke who's marrying them, and while Jen gibbers about how great things are between them Callum sits there sweating on Race 4 at Moonee Valley. She really should be paying all those cash money wedding deposits herself.

In fairness, he did say it took half a day just to shoot it. Not sure how many takes, but i would imagine by the end he would be like a robot (and thats what he looked like)
