Sounds very promising, seeing as Merchant is involved

Looking forward to this, hopefully it can be of "The Office" and "Extras" quality
Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, co-creators of "The Office" and "Extras," are working on a new six-part series, "Life's Too Short," for the BBC.
Like the pilot, the series will center on Warwick Davis, Britain's pre-eminent little-person actor, who has appeared in such box-office hit franchises as "Star Wars" and "Harry Potter." The observational comedy follows Warwick's ups and downs and daily frustrations as he struggles to deal with life designed for people of a larger size.
