Riewoldt Got 5 So Bring Him In

They might as well.

Play Riewoldt with Schulz deep in the forward line.

And play Richo at CHF where he can go get the ball and throw it in the forward line.

i think a young forward is somthing that could be great for the team. One of the things that let the dogs down last night was the saint forwards were just too tall, maybe riewoldt would be positive for that game.

The Saints bring in Riewoldt against the Bullies and he dominated...

Richmond should bring in Riewoldt cos he'll also dominate ;)

i agree.

FFS keep richo at chf and let him only take shots from 50 +

Shultz is doing great but with richo is getting into his space too often.

Would love to Jack play his first game.

Even if he didn't come in it's just great to here some positive reports from Coburgs game today!

Who came up with the story he was injured last week?.

Well he WAS injured and they took a stretcher out for him. Diagnosed as a 2 week ankle injury in the end.

Tough bugger played this week anyway.

I couldn't be happier.. this time last week I walked from the ground thinking he'd be out for the season... the week later he kicks 5!!! :D

Edwards 'rested' on the bench 4 most of the last quarter...maybe with the seniors playing on friday they r keeping him fresh!

sounds likely, lets hope so.

If he has a couple of weaknesses in his game it would be his pace and his kicking style. Neither have proven to be issues at any stage thought. His kicking for goal is very reliable, just a style thing really as he lets it go with both hands, and his motor helps off set his lack of sprinting type pace.

Jezza, no not 5 straight. Kicked one behind for sure and 2 of those 5 were off the ground in the square.

In reality we dont really need him in the side unless their is a chorus of support to give richo the assssss.

We really needed to be hearing of young jimmy or collins getting a decent dose of leather poisoning and JON standing on opponents heads taking screamers then lobbing them from outside 50...that wouldn't happen though would it...

In reality we DO need him and sooner rather than later.

Smart player - can play HFF, does not have to compete for a spot with Richo.

Will give the team some X factor - a bit of confidence, street smarts, tiny bit of grunt and some footy talent. Stuff in short supply at RFC.

BTW some runners coming through in Casserly and Edwards - Patience Grasshopper!!!

Great turnaround from last week! Somebody (i think Bentleigh) said he had done his ACL,& now a week later he bags 5,good to here some positive news:)
