not our worst display from the past few weeks. skills as usual one of the reasons for the chasm between us and the other team on gameday. gonna need to kick a bit straighter to keep this one inside a 12 goal loss.

Should be 12 points down against a full strength Brisbane. In many ways a decent effort.

This team are just mentally shot though. Motlops miss was utterly predictable. Curnow is now up to 16 quarters of football without a goal. Cripps missing twice hasnt stood up. De Koning has barely been sighted. And that last sequence just sucks. A missed goal into two goals from HTB in defence is brutal.

Honestly, our team just keep finding ways to kick supporters in the balls.

So much of this sits on our list management team. Yes, Carroll just blew the game with back to back HTB decisions. But he shouldn't be playing and is only there because the club refused to replace Newman with a half back and instead took three straight small forwards in the supplementary draft and we have no other options. So many other guys out there are too young, or inexperienced, or being played out of position due to injury, or playing injured when they should rest.

Brutal watch. That was a pretty good half and it's 30pts the difference. Hopefully they rest up a little off a short week or this will get even eglier
