we screwed ourselves out of an early lead with a few lynch misses, players fumbling, alongside dropped uncontested marks in the first 2 qtrs which would've helped us set up a buffer for the reaming of the umps in the 3rd

also ****ing stupid decision from the coaching staff to sub off gray in his first game in front of his parents for brown instead of maurice. it's not like gray put a foot wrong, and it's not enough to say maurice was invisible tonight, because he wasn't, he was actually detrimental. the most impact he had was for the demons multiple times tonight

in the end it was good to have an "honourable loss", because otherwise it would've been a pathetic loss, at least it gave us some reward in the end for continuing to put in effort til the final siren

55-44 winners in the three quarters we played well. Melb ain’t shit and you’d probably say we are still improving from where everyone thought we were before the season started. Gray subbed off was the wrong call, should have been Maurice. Lynch massive.

Dow- not sold on but I can see some improvement in his game.

It’s now widely known that it’s ok to man handle us at stoppages.

It’s goes Martin, Vlastuin, Jack, Cotch and Rance in that order.

Vlastuin is the only player I will sit shut my mouth and be ok with a turnover from the backline that gives a certain goal.

Make no mistake, we lost this game due to the umpires. That is the sole reason. Players from both sides made dumb mistakes, the umpires were the differential. Anyone that disagrees with this is simply wrong, factually incorrect. This is some of the worst umpiring you would ever see. It was worse than 80% of the reamings you saw in our flag years. There isn't a single reason any of those umpires should keep their jobs on Monday. An utter disgrace to the game of AFL that is at an all time low

Just not up to it, seems lost, late to the ball, 2nd efforts are horrendous.

Dow I thought had a decent game, Taranto tried all night but not his best.

We need to get the ball into Campbell, Lalor, banks as much as we can, blokes who don’t butcher it
