In Melbourne, After the game on Saturday night there was word going around that Roo was reported for an elbow that didn't actually make contact. Since we got back to Adelaide, I haven't seen anything in the papers, on the news, and its the first everyone's heard of it. Does anybody know anything or is it the first youve heard of it also?

Very big trouble, the fact that there was blood involved after the incident occurred doesn't help Fev's case... will be gone from 4-5 i should think.

You were obvoiusly listening to all the ******** they talk on the CS bus on the way home, here's some advice take no notice of them ;)

Fev has to get at least 4. Gouging the face which caused a player to go off under the blood rule. Has to be 4

Could be anything with this tribunal we have, will definately be three or over though...

How could you possibly be reported for an elbow that didn't connect??????

Stiff I heard on SEN the other week they had Derek Humphrey-Smith on & he said that you can get reported for not connecting with someone....Apparently it's still engaging in Rough Play...Sounds ridicolous hey??

It has to be at least 3 weeks because it's a Level Three offence. Don't know what his history like though - could make it worse.

So they're mind readers now also.
They seem to think so...

Faces the tribunal today, will be interesting to see what they hand down to him... this is truely gonna hurt Carlton.

It's called mind-reading. What if you intended to miss?

So If I shot at you with a gun and missed that would be ok because I may have intended to miss?

Jamo got three games for attempting to strike Cummings. Fair enough as well.

These during play ones would be much harder to establish yet it would be technically possible to do so.

Ah but with all those haymakers and that bald head, no body would have believed that he intended to miss that target.

Should have got life for missing. :D

Gouging of the face around the eyes area is worth a bit more than 2 games IMO.

3 to 4 would be more appropriate IMO.
Agreed.

On a slightly different note, how still is Darren Jolly? He got offered 1 week but decided to go to tribunal to defend himself. He got suspended for 2 weeks.

Ouch!!!!!

Not stiff at all. He got offered one for an early guilty plea therefore if he was found guilty he was always going to get two. That was the risk he took.
