Rookie elevation

Not sure if I understand the rules completely, but as it is now past round 11 is it true we can elevate a rookie "for free" without putting someone else on LTI?
If so, who? Schloithe is obviously doing OK. Roberts has had friends on this forum but has he even played seniors in the WAFL yet this year?

Rd 11 makes sense, but it could be rd 13 because of the byes. Not sure though.

From memory we have Fyfe, Michie and Mellington on the LTI and we have upgraded Pearce and Spurr only.

Schloithe needs to eat and lift weights - not worry about senior AFL footy ....hopefully Pitt may join him for a burger or two.

I'm pretty sure Pearce was upgraded in place of Michie? Who looks set to return in a month or 2? So he might need to take the mid-season upgrade too. We should still have the free spot for Fyfe though?
