My thoughts exactly yuck.Early Sunday game.... on Easter Sunday.
Impending massive crowd figure.![]()

The only egg ill care about, is the red one that the Dees will put between sticks![]()
Reckon it's far too early to be making win/loss predictions for Round 1.
Fair to say the crowd could well be a record low. Easter Sunday early game, not even time to have a massive lunch and then roll to the footy... Faaaark.
Just keep going from the Saturday night, have a late breakfast, turn up at the G... sorted!
There will be 25-30k there. Bookmark it.
People put too much emphasis on Easter Sunday. No one cares anymore, and it's not like people aren't willing to go to the football JUST because it's Easter Sunday.
If anything, it should drive crowds up a bit.
No excuses. Round 1. Anything less than 25k would be an embarrassment imo. Hopefully Clark and Dawes are both fit, and if Viney plays, even better.
I'll be there. Not going into this year with any expectations. 2014 I'll start expecting a bit more. In saying that I hope we rip Port a new one.
Did anyone else see that ridiculous write up in the hun with coaches Job security rankings ? they sat neeld in about 4th most likely to come under scrutiny next year ...massively Unfair![]()
Not confident at all we will open with a win. Port will be galvanised by the loss of JMac...
...then again we were meant to be galvanised by the loss of Jim Stynes. Not sure how we'll go. Port are one of those sides... you know they are going bad but you just don't know what could happen when you play them.
