People talk like he's Relton-esque, but he went for mid 80's in a side with NicNat 2016 and NicNat's TOG won't be high early, so it wasn't that far-fetched, no?
Not the shittruck he's made out to be. Durability not great, though.
Went Ryder myself ultimately, but had Lycett for a while. Not ashamed to admit it.

I also had Lycett, but the return of NicNat was one of the nails in the coffin off the back of his crappy showings during the JLT.

Point is, proceeding to still take the risk on him after these factors weighing against him should be considered more than just living dangerously.
