300 on the board day 1 not a bad days play.

Looks like QLD are going in with a strong batting line up so hopefully can make our way to 400.

Big chance for weatherald to ton by today to move ahead of Sam konstas in the pecking order

I'm happy to escape with a draw after Queensland used our attack for batting practice.

An excellent f-c debut for Chaudry, a five-for and 76* in the second innings with the match on the line.

From what I've seen Lachlan Hearne is one that will be around the scene for a while. Feel like he's another NSW blooded and then flicked too early.
A casualty of NSW insisting on picking Jason Sangha over and over again despite his failures at NSW. By the time NSW ran out of patience with Sangha, Hearne had already buggered off to Qld to play premier cricket for Toombul to push for a Bulls spot.

Swepson is having a good season, love to see a leggie do well
So much more consistent, isn't bowling those one or 2 pressure relieving bad balls every few overs that we have seen in the past. Loving how much more he is mixing up his pace and flight. The set up to Henry Hunt with the big slow loopy wide ones followed by the fast slider at the pads was quality, felt like he was thinking a ball ahead of the game with his plan. Could have had a few more wickets if his fielders hadn't let him on 3 occasions.
