As usual most will go Ablett, but what are the other options ...

I believe this is one of the harder weeks to pick a captain.

I will decide between:

Brown (vs Essendon) - No fletcher?, who can stop him?
Goodes (vs Hawks) - No Sewell, who will tag him, hawks generally don't play that accountable
Cox (vs Richmond) - Plays better at home. Will beat Simmons/Patto in ruck. Game time has been down
Stevens (vs Saints) - Been in good form, Saints also fairly un-accountable

Who else but Gazza?

As above ;)

Probably Brown, Others i am thinking about are Reiwoldt and Cooney.

Brown against the bombers seems a good bet.

Waite kills Riewoldt. Kept him to 80 this year. Last year 86, and 170:p....and year before that 203. But the latter probably didn't have Waite on him. Waite is a perfect matchup for him

With no Ablett Cooney seems to be my best option. Riewoldt has been in good form recently though.

Sandilands scored 172 the last time he played the Cats.:thumbsu:

He will destroy Blake again and Ottens is yet to show any sign of last years form.

Recently. If you read my post, I said that the last 2 Waite probably didn't play on Roo

you said
the latter probably didnt have waite on him
and he scored 170 in round 17, 2007 dont u think waite was playing on him who else would have whitnall?
and the 80 and 86 he still got 10 marks both games, 2 goals
and 15 touches so i wouldnt say waite kills him

so the last 2 times carlton played st.kilda
riewoldt got 170 & 80
averaging 125
yep waite kills him

wateva...u just go ahead and pick him.
I want him to score well as I have him, but I don't think he will score well

Judd- he has had 2 weeks break, i expect him to come out firing and get a massive score

St Kilda are a bunch of point stealing cheats that play boring as bat shit footy.

On Topic: Kirk for me. I've learnt my lesson.

yer the funny thing is we beat u with an undermanned side
and were 6 places ahead of u on the ladder
