No they have created a rod for Gini's back - look at that still very closely - his face is almost beet red - that is a HARD choke hold and qualifies for a charge of aggravated assault with the intent to cause bodily harm.

The AFL . . AND the players association - are fkin lucky I'm not Gini because they would be facing a workcare investigation and a number of civil law suits.

That is the only thing that will stop this unwarranted lynch mob attack.
Hopefully someone at Collingowood is putting together a collection of these photos of Redman/Selwood etc,....squeezing his neck til he turns red and sending them to AFL HQ with a please explain.

This is the greatest post of all time.

That top photo, some nuffie on the Essendon board said he took 3 steps and it should've been called play on

Those that answered Tarrant to the question I asked were right. From the club website:

When Jamie Elliott kicked the match-winner from the boundary he became only the second player in Collingwood history to kick the winning goal after the siren. The first was Chris Tarrant against Adelaide in 2003.

I'd personally bypass the AFL and go straight to the players association and workcare - this sort of st1t has to stop . . . NOW!!!

Do we get some kind of prize? :praying:

That's amazing that we've only won after the siren twice. Knowing us we've probably lost to a kick after the siren 50 times.

Hahah that video of the bloke watching on TV... I would hate to watch myself back.

I had to put my 1-year-old son down when Jamie took that mark. Who knows where he would've ended up otherwise 😂
I know the little fkrs can be a little distracting during games, but that is pretty drastic action.

Have a look at Access All Areas on the AFL website.
Matthew Lloyd highlights how, before taking the kick in, Pendles tells Moore where to sprint to, leaving his opponent Wright in the dust.
At the same time you can see Bianco sprinting down the wing to get open for Moore's kick.
That indicates a set play scenario they would have trained for.
And, boy, did it work!
I reckon I have watched the last 2 minutes plus the goal from all angles videos at least 15 times now.

Fair enough, I forget some people actually go to games and don’t sit on the couch scaring their neighbours 😂😂

Yep I scared my neighbour she come up to me today and ask if everything was OK because she heard a big yell yesterday :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

That behind the goals footage is really good. Clear directive and executed brilliantly. Pendles might be a step slower, but his ability to organise and execute is still elite. That kick to Moore, plus his kicks to both AJ (who went on to hit up Elliott) and Carmichael were all pure class.
It just reinforces you keep playing the oldies until they’re contributing, and offering on field education to the youth.
“Play the kids - get games into the kids” is so simplistic.

He doesn't sound like one. Came across as calm & considered in the Post Match.

Maybe after a few celebratory beers? ;)
I only think he is a bogan because of the hair but it was a fine goal and at that time I am sure he thought they were home so he celebrated a bit, little did he know.

The nuffy who rang SEN this morning needs to watch that.
He reckons Billy took too long.
In that footage, the umpire blows his whistle and Billy moves immediately.
PS: That's how you do it Noah, (even if you don't care).

Grundy last season averaged more goals per game than Draper this season :)
It does not alter the fact it was a fine goal and you can celebrate a little he never run up to any of our players to rub it in, that is the thing that annoys me when a player puts shit on the other team unless its Jack of course.
