Game Day Round 22: West Coast v Melbourne (23/08/2014)

I watched the Hawks Cats game from easter
Kyle Cheney was easily hitting 45m passes, he was a spud at Melbourne
Its just the mental side of the game

Certainly a part of it, especially when you know you have good players around you and that those players demand high standards.

Unfortunately to be as good as the top teams you have to use the footy under pressure and that means doing it without thinking about it. Yes you make decisions but motor skills are king. Stab passes, handballs to the right spot, breaking tackles, running the lines all takes practice practice practice in game day conditions. It takes time to absorb and we've simply put it off for another year.

Further, the players are playing like their coach doesn't believe in their ability. Confidence works on many levels.

Disappointing.

Also I hate James Frawley for his ****ing spud efforts he has put in this season

Jared Rivers atleast had a crack until he left but Frawley has just given up, I hope he does his ACL in the last game and we delist him
