I'm not sure about the other players mentioned but it's certainly true of Rance. he gets SC scores way in advance of his DT scores because he does things that score highly in SC and not at all in DT. Such as spoils, knock-ons, other 1%ers and of course the bonuses that come with lots of intercept marks and effective disposal.

You have to remember when a classy player touches the ball his supreme decision making and ball placement has a positive knock on effect for at least the next two or three team possessions so he gets some of their points as well.. unless he kicks to himself then he gets the whole teams points cos he is the team!
