Strange that the debut wasn't announced in advance but also explains all the secrecy - the 4 emergencies were all listed as "outs" for the Peel team. Tried to play our cards close to the chest. Hopefully that's all this is, a bit of gamesmanship (which I don't mind the club engaging in btwn this and seemingly hiding Draper from all the recruiters last year).

If we feel undersized in defence, we push Hughes to defence. Sturt or Freddy to wing and Corbett takes a fwd spot.

Feel like we may be worried about the Bulldogs tall fwd line.

Yeah ok champ. The 'crack' was at selection, not the player.

The comment is around him being a tall forward. If we lose a defender early?

It's also around the fact that he's hardly been lighting up the track or dominating at Peel. Just an odd choice over the more versatile Erasmus from a team balance perspective.
