I read that a few Carlton board posters are in the running to coach Carlton?
 
Also heard a rumour that Mitch Robinson has been playing up again which is why he isn't being picked.

He was sent to the 2's to work on his entries and stuff, he'll be playing this week no doubt.

If so, we would have to give up a hell of a lot for 29 year old player..

I'm a firm believer in the 100 game rule, which the club's stuck to so far.

I would take Davis over Bock any day of the week, but I highly doubt the Crows would even consder getting rid him him unless if he demanded a trade ...............


Does anyone know if he went for Carlton as a kid :D:D:D

I agree, would be a handy pickup but from what you've written it looks like a very long shot. Plus according to the AFL website he was born in 83 so would be 26/27 not 29 as someone else posted.

This is a rumour I heard about Ratten so just take it with a grain of salt. Apparently Ratten is dating one of the player's ex gf, he's moved in with her and the player's aren't too happy about it hence why it seems like he's lost the players and they aren't playing for him..they want him out..also explains his tirade directed specifically at the players to harden up.

I won't get washed up in the rumour, but if something along those lines were to be happening or were to happen, you do wonder just how much impact it could have and to what extent througout all our clubs.

If it were true though, it is pretty pathetic.

Cool, didn't Bomber Thompson over at Geelong do something similar and look how that club ended up. Should see a premiership within a year or two.:thumbsu:
 
Isn't ratts married with three kids?! Not that that stops blokes these days but wouldn't it have been reported somewhere if he had walked out on his family and shacked up with a player's x?

I'm assuming you're saying that if it were true then the players being up in arms about it is pathetic, in which case I agree with you.

My message would be; You may be boys in terms of games played but otherwise you're classed as adults so harden up and get over it.

Jesus, if true (which I doubt) it is just so infantile as to begger belief.
