Hay is still a hawk so any deal is possible. Having said that, there is no way we would trade Woods, Polak and Medhurst for Hay (I hope).

General concensus at the Roos is that we would like him, but pay nothing more than 1 first rounder. (and maybe a second grade player if pushed).

although from the looks of it, this opinion may not extend to the recruiting staff

I agree munsonned. Pick 13 OR Motlop. Pick 10 OR Ryley Dunn.
There's 4 trades for the hawks to choose from. If they're not happy they can keep a guy who doesn't want to play for them, and lose him for nothing in the PSD next year. The fact that Hay has burnt the hawks publicly should mean that the roos/dockers have the upper hand.
