The Fighting Furies rebounded strongly from a disastrous S24 performance. They ranked 2nd for total posts with 8725, up from 9th, and found some fresh energy with rfctiger74 , manangatang and TJASTA leading the way in the match threads. The captaincy proved to be a revolving door, though, with first 3121 premiers and then Wacky Tiger stepping down during the season. They had 8 posters average over 20 per week, a vast improvement on their 2 last season, and won 13 of their 16 match threads. They only fell below the benchmark 300 posts in a match thread once.

Their list involvement of 80% was in the top half of the league; however their number of active posters (>5/week) led the league at 16, and their average # of posters per week at 17.13 was only second to the Roys.

NEEDS: A Captain to take charge. NaturalDisaster stood up late in the season, but the clubs' struggle with discipline in the ranks continues.

The Gumbies FFC are regarded as the basket case of the SFA. A succession of poor captains and questionable culture, coupled with a lack of recruiting has left the club on life support. Even the gift of an influx of rookies from the Tour game against the Essendon Board pre-season was frittered away by poor leadership. hotkorma was the only shining light in the worst season on all fronts by an SFA club in history.

In S25, they ranked last in total posters, list involvement, average posters/week, match thread wins, games with >300 posts and bulk posters. They only bested the Royals in total posts, and for the last half of the season did not exceed 10 posters in any week.

NEEDS: A holiday in Switzerland. Voluntary euthanasia is legal there. Failing that, a hostile takeover and rebranding is their final hope.

Las Vegas Bears. At a glance, they're just barely better off than the Gumbies and Royals. Third-last in total posts, second-last in list involvement and average posters/week and with the highest number of inactive posters at 21, the only advantage they hold is an active captain and LG. JoshWoodenSpoon Argus Tuft and Doctor Gero carried this club with little support, but with the goodwill of the SFA and an attitude of having fun, they at least have an attractiveness to established players.

NEEDS: Matera92 to return to his former glory. Rookie recruiting needs to be a priority, too.

VERDICT: Bottom 4
