This useless hillbilly will never step foot through the doors ever again when it's over.

In all seriousness, what event would he return to attend? Some "Preliminary Final loss" club reunions? The "We blew an 11-7 win/loss ledger to miss finals" reunion?

The fact it’s got to this point is an indictment on the board and anyone who has had a part in giving unwarranted contract extension after extension to this perennial underachiever.

I hope they are all hanging their heads in shame to allow things to get to this point of an absolute dumpster of a season.

The sooner there is a culture shift back to what our club should be fundamentally about - winning premierships - the better.

Sociopaths do not do this.

Does he actually believe this tripe?

"Definitely a sign of where the two teams are. I mean, clearly, one team's on top of the ladder tonight, and the other team's battling to get to the line each week [for] a few different reasons, whether they be injury or whether they be performance, and tonight, they both come together and you end up getting beaten badly in lots of fundamental parts of the game," Hinkley said.

"We don't wave the white flag, but I get the question based on the margin at the end, but I think that's just the gulf between the two teams at the moment.

"At this time of the year, when things go against you, no one gives up, no one stops trying, but it can look a little bit like that, and it just looks like every mistake's got a bad outcome on it, [and] people feel the pressure a little bit more.
The emperor has no clothes but there's no hack willing to call it out. Full on cult.

Blaming injuries is pathetic. We’re missing JHF and Esava.

SPP wasn’t playing all that well between long term injuries. Visentini or Sweet makes little difference. Marshall would probably have been medically retired if not for a separate season ending injury.

his name will be remembered by football industry as a career loser who overstayed his welcome and the tide eventually exposed him

even a good con man knows when to make an exit

he THINKS he is a good enough con man to bank his check and con enough people.

Now, we can all see.

I never thought I would have anything thank the camry's for
or tex walker. but i do

will be looked at in airports and public spaces and recognised as a dimwit and a career loser

if nothing else, that fact will warm my barely beating heart in the future

The Ken Hinkley protection racket is ridiculous. He has done more damage to the club this year than 2012.

It's now really not even close. We're in a worse position than we were in 2012. Purely because we now have a list outside of Boak (who should retire) who have never had a competent coach.

I still don't have the doom and gloom about our list that others have, I think removing Hinkley and resetting standards will do wonders for us. But in 2012 we had far less games where we were simply non-competitive despite having a younger list than we do now.

Them smashing us by nearly 100 points in atrocious conditions in Hinkley's last Showdown was infinitely better than them grinding out a close win.

Will only be topped by a Geelong 119 trolling next week.

He needs to be sent off with his legacy in tatters.

Don't forget we have bugger all draft picks and Tasmania not far away from their entry.

Also there is no Adelaide Oval and an extra 30,000 members to help things get back on track like there was for Ken when he arrived.

He’s only an employee…. The real problem is his employers.

We're very lucky with the NGA and FS picks we have coming up to shield us from that a little bit.

We're also in a better position in the midfield, ruck and at key forward. I think it's recoverable. The issue is our culture is much, much worse now and that's the key thing for Carr to turn around.

It can be done, it's likely that the players have been waiting for Hinkley to go for an attitude reset. They haven't really believed in him in years and hopefully Carr can get that turned around as quickly as Hinkley did in 2013.

Don't wait until Monday or Tuesday Richardson, explain what the **** is going on at our club and how are you going to fix it because just moving Carr in the seat is not going to fix the problems we are facing.

To be honest SPP and JHF were the only two players on such a wet night that would have made us better, may be the Rat but on a wet deck is 50-50.

To be belted by such a margin at AO by a side that were wooden spooners just 5 years ago, coached by an ex Hinkley assistant screams of bigger issues.

Our ground ball skills are below par, as is our tackling, which still allowed them to free up their arms, we seem smaller in body size and our kicking is woeful.

Top all that off with a terrible game plan, if there is one, we are in a bit of trouble.

Hopefully you're right but i think it's going to take some time and by then the media and happy clappers will have their knives out for Carr.
