Why? I've seen him about 10 times,VFL and U18 Championships,and have failed to see any draftable qualities other than some pace on limited occasions.

Obvioulsy your guide dogs informed you wrong then mate. The fact that he's playing devils is a good enough reason to say he'll be drafted.
