Those of us on the Crowcast know that they are two separate people. We have had them both on the cast in 2015. 'Alex' was a guest interview from the Board.
As a former Mod who had to spend a lot of time dealing with Crows98 and made the decision to give him a permanent ban back then from the Board, my experience was that no matter what we tried to get him to change his behaviour, he never was interested in doing so. The best thing for him, from that experience I had, was that he once again never be allowed back.
Red Mist has made a hell of a mistake. He has owned up to it. I'm happy to give him another chance here as it was his first infraction. We all make stuff ups in our lives. We mostly tend to learn from them and move onwards. That means if people want to put him on ignore or whatever, that is their choice, but the moderators have made their decision to allow him to stay.
Crows98 was beyond learning.
I am still struggling to believe why Red Mist would post it to start with? It makes no sense at all.
So Alex randomly just picked Red Mist for no apparent reason and asked him to post a message telling everyone that he had died?
None of this is adding up. Part of the reason I am just not buying it, is because Alex in the past has been guilty of using multiple aliases and has lied in the past to try and conceal his identity. Even on the Crowcast he fabricated a story about how he found Bigfooty supposedly back in 2010 even though we all now know that he was posting here as Crows98 long before that.
