Disagree with the comments about Pris. I thought it was his best game for the season. And Stanton did try hard.

The change was made rines. Slattery was moved from Garlett onto Betts after McVeigh gave up two quick ones.

And because Slattery gave up a goal and a couple of easy touches with his led boots on to Garlett during the same period. Niether match up was working.

Yes he did, an absolute shocker (and i am a huge Henry fan).....along with 3/4 of his team mates. Yet none of them are subject to the same crap, abuse, personal slagging that Hank gets. (Stants, Monfries, Dyson included to some extent)....

All this crap, that he useless, a liability, "i'm a better player him", "my grandma could do better" is disrespectful. And i doubt anyone on this board would be a better player. These people will only highlight the bad (plenty of them on against carlton), but will never admit to the good (a handful at best against carlton)..yet make excuses for others who played just as badly or even worse. Everyone of those people will forgive or make excuses for their errors, because they are quick, or can jump really high, or are jets.

I have no issue with people who think he is not good enough and make good points. That's what these forums are for. Discussion and opinion. These posters also have the decency to at least say well played when Henry does play well. I have issues with people who abuse for the sake of abusing and then still abuse when he has a good game. It's a freaking joke.

I don't think anyone was denying he was poor.

Having said that, seems others have a lot more chances whereas Hank gets dropped after every bad game.

That is probably because Slatts has played few good games since the pre-season.

If Hank was dropped after every poor game he would hardly have played 2 games in a row for his career. There has never been a player receive more unearned opportunities than Hank. He is not AFL standard, he has never been AFL standard and it seems the coaches are finally noticing the bleeding obvious.
