I guessed off-field based on what he said.
My guess is Sando out. Fagans track record at Brumbies showed he wasn't afraid to cull from the top and replace if he saw better options. Bomber Thomson in for Sando ?

Rowie said it was unfair to the person if they broke it. given they have already suggested Danger is gone (rightly or wrongly) it doesn't seem like a new story.
Falsely stating someone has been sacked would be massively unfair.
