Greg Gallman has retained his spot at centre half back in North's League side which is great to see, he wasn't too bad last week.. hopefully he improves this week.

Nick Gill makes his long awaited return from injury in North's two time reigning premier reserves side, he has been named at full forward. News just in - he will only play half a game.

Ken McGregor has been named at centre half forward for the Hybrids this week after being named on the last line of defence last week.

After missing last week's encounter with North, Darren Pfeiffer returns to the Norwood line-up for their tough clash against Centrals. He will start in the old ruck-rover position if that is still around today.

Ivan Maric is on an extended interchange bench in Port Magpie's team, he could play his first league game of the season on Sunday.

Fellow big man, Kurt Tippett, is also on a large bench for West, could the two lads go head to head at Alberton?

That is an interesting selection, Sturt have dropped some tall timber and brought him in, I have read elsewhere that he was as big as a 'house' but it seems Rick has got him into shape.

i went last night.

obviously i wasnt looking out for pfieffer as much as punchy, but i thought he was alright.

he played full forward in the 3rd for a little bit. certainly a very hard player.

but norwood just suck.

Did Norwood Reserves play before the real game on Friday night?

I'm just a little excited cos my cousin he's hmmm 16 just got promoted to Norwood reserves last week and his playing again this week and I was wondering how the reserves went?

I wouldn't be cheering too much mate cause Lower and Cockshell were SHITE last night.

Lower is so far down the pecking order it's not funny, and Cockshell is a long term project. With Boak BOG or close to in every game he's played this season, and Gray winning BOG for Westies last weekend, we're quietly pleased with how our kids are going!
