Diouf - Thought he was excellent. Worked very hard.

Le Tellac and Welsh - Looked nervous and unsettled.

Diouf did try hard, but boy is he a shocking diver (still). Is he trying to outdo RVN??

Le Tallec isn't ready yet. Still built like a matchstick

Welsh has a face to rival Rooney's :D

The pressure must be building on Houllier, should've got something out of a game where Arsenal were woeful at the back.

Yeah, what was Arsenal's story? They were a real mess at times. Still not convinced Toure is the answer back there, but I guess anyone is better than Cygan.

The positive is we are at least trying to create a bit more this year, rather than just stacking 10 behind the ball for most of the game and hoofing it long to Owen. Also the side has started to show a bit more width with Diouf settling on a right wing and Riise and Finnan both going forward.

What we really need is Gerrard to start firing so we get more creativity from midfield. Of course, some support for Owen and Kewell would be nice, and Hamann back.

Seeing as though you are feeling like that I won't bother with my usual smartarse comment.

Nah let the comments role it wouldn't be right to have a scummer being civil too me! ;)

Portsmouth have hit the skids after a good start

The problem will be righted soon enough, we just have to learn how to defend at set pieces! 'Pool at home and Toon at St James' should be interesting if we cant sort it out tho.:(
