did it burn anyone as much as it did me seeing him celebrating the way he did in the box on sat night? that made me boil even more....

just to add more fuel to the fire already burning i guess...

its good to be back home though :thumbsu:

Is he meant to secretly yearn for Carlton whilst putting his best efforts into the bombers?

You lost - get over it. Next week is not far away. It is round 3

Cancerele is an absolute dog, and unlike Matthew Allan, who left the club on good terms, should never be allowed to return to the club, and should have his life membership stripped from him.

Of course it burns. It burns to see Hicky there as well. It also burns to see Peter Dean at The Dogs and SOS at The Saints, but we can't emply them all and they're all entitled to pursue success somewhere. They're professional career coaches.

It might be personal with Campo too given the bitter break-up, but time heals all wounds.

I just wish supporters would let go of the Campo-hatred. He did us a favour in the end, Essendon got nothing out of him, and who could blame him for not wanting any more of Collins/Smorgon/Pagan? 233 games is a pretty good contribution to the club, we should all be happy with what he did for us.

We need to swallow it and keep him sweet for no other reason than if his twins become stars and available under the father-son rule. :thumbsu:

Not really. He left when things got tough. He was a good player in a great side and when he saw that he would have to step up he stepped out.

If he's happy at Essendon, good luck to him.

I just prefer to think of the times when he played well for us... life's too short.

understand what your saying, but i didnt see Kouta p!SSing off when the times were tough...

It would be like watching Bradley up there cheering on the win - sickening. Imagine kouta jumping around after a magpie win - some things should never be seen - like a drunk pregnant woman picking her arse while smoking a 'doobie'.

You know it's funny you mention that...

Yea I saw that on OWAAT last night and at first it increased my anger, everybody going on about Lloyd's game and yet nobody mentions how good Judd was. But then i thought, relating to Campo, who gives a ****!

1. Campo should have been traded and we should have got something for him.
2. Get over it, he found a new job with Essendon.
3. He was fed up with what was happening at Carlton so he left, fair enough, there were a lot fed up with what was happening at Carlton.
4. Hickmott also works for Essendon, big whoop.
5. Better working for Essendon than being unemployed/not working in football anymore.
6. I don't really care, he was finished when he left and they got nothing out of him, like they did with all our other over the hill players like Allen and Murphy. Kevin Sheedy, overrated and underachieved, with the side they had (late 90's early 00's) and only won 1 flag. hmmmmmmm... Leigh Matthews, now there's a coach!

One of the handful of Carlton players I found it impossible to warm to. A whingeing, carping, complaining, soft, albeit highly skilled player. Along with aberrations like McKernan and Rhino just thought his efforts were always qualified by personal goals.

Well, der... of course!

who cares, should judd try that littleless against west coast because they were so good to him and he won a flag there ?
ex players move on, its a part of footy.

Scotty Camporeale is a hack. When our glory days were over he was nothing. Im glad we went to Essendon tho. They wasted a pick on him and he did nothing in his time at the bombers.

I dont know why carlton was so stubborn though...why keep a player who doesnt want to be there?

lol, this from a "supporter" who swapped teams! What on earth do you know about loyalty?!

At least Campo gave the Blues the best years of his footballing life. You didn't even go for them then though, so I guess you wouldn't know much about how good he was for you guys.

Terrible comment from a turncoat :thumbsd:

Get over it. Campo wanted more money, we didn't want to give it to him, he went to market and got less and never played a decent game of footy again.

Dumb thread. Close it down, I don't want us to look like a pack of Essendon supporters.

I recall at least one good game he had left in him. Kept his powder dry for us with a near BOG 30 possession game. Cheeky little prick.

It wasn't a matter of being stubborn. As I recall we offered him a one year deal, Essendon offered two. Given the stage at his career he was at I don't blame him in the slightest for extending his career an extra year.
