i'm not sure, he rang the land line which is sitting on my bed stand, it rarely rings so i answered thinking it must have been important regarding a family member or something.

he asked for me personally and i said yes, again thinking it was something serious and thats when he started his weapon of mass destruction shit.

i've never met the guy before, never even knew of him befor he clocked my missus and neither had she, so how he went about getting our information i have no idea, both our facebooks are set on the highest privecy settings so would have got nothing from that.

Pretty sure he is shitting himself and "the best defence is an offence." Don't fall for it. Charge at him with the hammer of the law on your side. No-one likes rugby players who punch people for no reason, especially when they punch a girl.

In terms of getting your details, don't fret, he doesn't have the cia working for him. It would have taken place something like this..... If he was with all of his rugby mates then atleast one of them would have known someone left behind in the pub. As you and your gf make a small comotion trying to sort this out , whilst drawing attention to yourselves, most of the people left in the pub would know you and your gf, atleast by face. The tosser would have got your details through a chain of phone calls, perhaps even threatening people along the way, until alas, he has your details.... besides, bendigo is a small town, yeah?

The good news for you is more people know him because he's made such a drama to get your details so ask around for his. Get his details, criminally charge him and then sue him to for physical and emotional damage to your poor gf. Whilst you're there, sue him for the emotional damage done to you with his ridiculous threats.

He is a bogan thug, don't let him get away with this.

another update

we were in court today to get the full restraining order put through, he was there. he contested it saying everything on our statement was false, he didnt have a lawyer and it is being pushed back to sept. he's also part aboriginal and our lawyer said he will be using that to his advantage (not sure how tho).

police are being really slack but hopefully he will be charged this week and it will move things on a bit quicker. girlfriend had a horrible day being in court with him today, she struggled to keep it together and broke out in tears a few times.
