A lone figure can be seen sitting in the stands. The sounds of leather on boot, skin on leather, grunts of physical exertion can be heard off camera. We hope that a training sessions is being conducted.
Camera slow zooms until the figure is recognizable.
fitzroybowiedog is the figure. He is staring off into the middle distance. He starts trying to pull off his boot. He struggles.
The sound of studs on wood can be heard. Someone is walking up the stairs.

fitzroybowiedog looks at I dont care, puzzled. He succeeds in pulling off his boot. He peers inside. His brow wrinkles. He pulls out chicken wing.
IDC: training hath begun, your shadow is casting lonesome figure across the shoulders of those you call teammates. Our concern for you grows.

The rookies Beandip GCB85 and StickyMick with the help of fumbler are warming up their voices for the barbershop quartet routine. 3KZ is Football is trying to handball 50meters. I don't know, I was just trying something.

How have the Hawks gone so far? Also 2-0? Or 1-1?
Or maybe I should go back and read my own OP. Would be bit a of a prick if I didn't.
Anyhoo, a lot of thread quality decrying today. This does seem to happen each time Hawks and Roys meet in a match thread. I dunno if either team's to blame. I think the styles just differ vastly. Hawks kinda shitpost, Roys kinda pisspost.
What I really wanna know, is whether my unassailable belief in Barrels will yield any fruit this weekend.
So Zen you'll all nap through the match like you have in the first two games?
