Hi guys, wasnt sure which section to post this in but I havent been to many interstate games in the past and was looking at going to the Fremantle Game in Round 10 at Subiaco. Is there a way of sitting with the Richmond supporters behind the goals or is that just for the Cheer Squad? I called up the club and told them I'm a member and they said the only way they can help is if i'm a Interstate Member only then could they make sure I sat with other Richmond supporters in a block together?

Anyone have any suggestions?

All members get allocated in the same area when you reserve tickets for Interstate games
If you're buying elsewhere then you just have to try get the same blocks as the Richmond supporters

We're normally in the blocks behind the goals city end, 140-142ish, 240-241, 340-341

I'm assuming you need to put in your barcode to let the system know you're a richmond supporter.Im an AFL member with Richmond club support. Will this work for me?

Yep, as mike said contact the club

They will also let you know of any pre/post game functions that are on in case you have any interest too

As a Tigs fan who lives in Adelaide i love sitting in a sea of opposition supporters proudly wearing the yellow and black, some of the funniest sh@t Ive heard in my life comes from being amongst it, also its a damn fine feeling when we win and there is nothing but silence and the odd "well played/good win" around you. The flip side is you need thick skin if we lose as the barbs fly thick and fast :)

I remember two years ago at Subi against West Coast we were flogging them and a heap of West Coast supporters walked out. You could hear the Richmond supporters on TV singing the goodbye song to them even though the ball was at the other end of the ground.
